Overview
USTB is a private fund that invests in short-duration US Treasury bills, with shares issued as allowlisted tokens on Ethereum, Solana and Plume or held in book-entry form. Superstate launched it in February 2024; in 2026 Invesco took over as investment manager and the fund was renamed, keeping the USTB ticker and contracts. It is open to accredited investors who are also qualified purchasers.
